At LAARVEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. Please note that customized orders and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original LAARVEE presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all tags and protective films remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
